After receiving her BA in History with a minor in Political Science from California State University at
Hayward in 1999, Naznin studied law at Golden Gate University School of Law in San Francisco,
receiving her JD in 2002. While attending Golden Gate University, Naznin received specialization
certificates in Business Law and Intellectual Property and was awarded the Witkin Award in Corporations.
She was admitted to the California bar in December of 2002. Naznin also received her L.L.M. degree
(with Honors) in Taxation from Golden Gate University in 2008.

Prior to joining Evans, Latham & Campisi, Naznin worked in the legal department for Wells Fargo Bank, N.A.

She is co-author of “Heirs in the Freezer: Bronze Age Biology Confronts Biotechnology,” 36 ACTEC Journal 179 (2010), Dominic J. Campisi, Claudia J. Naznin was a speaker at the American Bar Association’s Joint Meeting for the Taxation and Real Property, Trusts and Estates sections in 2005, “Alternative Dispute Resolution: Arbitration and Mediation” — Splitting Up The Family Business.

Naznin is a member of the American Bar Association, the State Bar of California and the Bar Association of San Francisco. She has been selected by Super Lawyers© for their Rising Star list for four consecutive years from 2009-2012.
